INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
oil (for frying)
cheese (optional)
tomatoes (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine chicken, cheese, egg, mayo cayenne, salt& pepper; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties; coat both sides with bread crumbs.
Cook patties in oil in skillet until brown.
Serve on buns with additional cheese and tomato slices if desired.
