Pistachios (coarsely ground) Ĺ cup
Eggs 6
Khoya 250 grams
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Green color few drops

Cooking Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 2 minutes.
Pour mixture in grease Pyrex dish, and bake in a pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in slices and serve warm.
Note: Use one cup full cream dry milk if you donít find khoya.
