Bhaap Barriyaan bohot hi nayaab dish hai. pakane ke liye barriyaan market main bhi milti hain. magar ghar par barriyaan bana kar bhaap barriyaan pakane ka apna maza hai. vegetarian ke liye laziz dish.

bhaap barriyaan pakane ke 3 steps hain.

1-pehle step main barriyaan banane ke liye daalain aur masale ikhate kiye jate hain.

2-doosre step main barriyaan baap yaani steam main banai jati hain.

3-third step main barriyoun ka masala bana ke us main barriyaan mix ki jati hain.

Tamaam ki tamaam daaloun ko raat bhar bhigo kar subha in ka pani nikaal kar dho kar daaloun ko blender main daalain aur paste banne tak blend karain..jab mehsoos ho ke daal blend nahi ho rahi. khushk ziada hai toh tamam masaale bhi add kar dain aur blend karain..ginger garlic and onion ke water aur imli ke paste se apne ap hi daal main pani add ho jaye ga. phir bhi zaroorat ho toh itna pani add karain daal ko blend karne ke liye. jitna gaarha paste bana de daal ka. daal ka paste patla na ho bilkul bhi.

Degche ke andar two cup pani daal kar us ke oopar malmal ka kapra bikul bilkul flat kar ke baandain.aise jaise degche ko malmal ke kapre se dhaka ja raha ho.malmal ke kapre ko degche pe aise baandh dain ke degche ko choolhe pe rakhne se kapre ko aag na lage. malmal ke kapre ko degche ke moon pe band ke bhaap banane ke liye taiyaar kar lain. aur usko darmiyaani aach par choolhe par rakh dain . so that degche main paani main ubaal aa kar bhaap banne lage. ab aanch halki kar ke. iske oopar bikul barabar barabar aik by aik inch ki barriyaan bana bana ke apni paanchoun ungliyon ki madad se rakhte jaayain.aur kapra jo degche pe baandha hai usko in barriyoun se bhar dain. ab in baarriyoun ke oopar aata goondhne wale dhakal jo gehra hota hai ulta kar ke degche pe dhak dain.aise ke barriyaan phoolne pe barriyaan dhakan se takrayain nahi. ab aanch itni rakh kar ke baap banti rahe barriyoun ko air tight mahol main pakne ke liye 20 se 30 min tak pakne ke liye chor dain. itni dair main aap masala taiyaar kar lain. aadhe ghante main barriyoun ki daal gal bhi jaye gi aur barriyaan pak bhi jaaye gi.. phir ap dhakan utar kar kisi seedhe chamach se tamaam ki tamaam barriyoun ko kapre se utaar lain aur aik plate main rakh lain..barriyoun ka mazeed mixture baki hai toh ab dobara se issi degche pe do cup pani daal kar barriyaan banne ke liye rakh dain. issi tarha half hour tak cook kar ke tamaam barriyoun ko ek taraf rakh lain. ye aap ki marzi hai ke tamaam ki tamaam ko ussi waqt gravy bana ke dish ready kar lain.ya kuch ko freez kar dain.

cooking oil karkara kar us main aadhi barriyaan ya jitni aap ko pakani ho garam oil main ek se do min ke liye fry kar lain aur oil degchi hi mian chor kar barrriyaan nikaal lain. ab is oil main methi daana daal kar usko dark brown kar ke is main pyaz daal dain aur golden brown hone tak fry karain..iske baad is main ginger garlic paste, tomato paste salt, red chilli, dhaniya, haldi daal dain aur dhakan band kar ke halki aanch pe bhoon lain..jab masala bhunn jaye toh is main imli ka paste aur dahi main half cup pani mila ke dahi phaint ke is bhoone hue masale main daal kar shorba bana lain..aur paka lain..is garam garam shorbe main tali hui barriyaan daal kar foran choolha band kar dain.yaad rahe ke gravy main barriyaan daal ke aap ne pakana nahi hai.warna tamaam barriyaan toot ke bikhar jaye gi.. mazedaar bhaap barriyaan ready for serving.
