Ingredients

Step - 1
Kaabuli Chana -2 Cups
Tea - 1/4th Tea Sp
Green ILaaichi - 2
Bay Leaves - 2
Whole Garam Masala - one piece each
Malmal ka Romaal

Chane ko tamaam raat bhigo ke rakhain. Phir chane ko pressure cooker main daal kar 1liter pani daal dain. Baki tamaam above ingredienta ki malmal k kapre main potli bana ke cooker main daal kar chane ko khoob gal jane tak k liye paka lain.

Step - 2
Bhuna hua Safaid zeera powder - 1 tea Sp
Bhuna Hua Anaar dana Powder - 1 tea Sp
Amchoor Powder - 1 tea sp
Red chilli powder - 2 tea sp
Kaala namak - 1 tea Sp
Safaid Namak - to taste
Garam masala powder - half tea sp
Qasoori Methi Powder - 1 tea sp
Ajwaaien - 1/4th Tea Sp
Sonth - 1/2 tea sp

Mix all above ingredients in powder form

Step 3
Boiled potato Paste - half cup
Onion Paste - 1/2 cup
Tomato Paste - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tea sp
Cooking Oil - one and half cup

Step - 4
Achaar - 1 tea sp
Chopped onion. 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli - 1tea sp
Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
Kalonji - 1/4 th tea sp

Method
Chana boil kar ke chane ka pani air chane alag alag rakh lain. Pani phainkna nahi hai. Sirf potli phaink dain.

Phir step 3 use karte hue sab se pehle cooking oil garam kar ke is main onion paste daal k bhoon lain. Phir tomato aur ginger garlic paste daal kar bhoon lain. Safaid chana daalain Oopar se step 2 wale tamaam powder ingredients daal dain aur ache se mix kar lain. Thora sa pani chano wala daalain aur bhoonte hue potato paste daal kar ache se bhoon lain. Oil alag nazar aane lage toh chane ka pani jo bach gaya hai tea ki waja se black color bhi hai us pani main wo pani chane main daal dain. Gravy pani mix hote hi dark color ki ho jaye gi. Dhak kar halki aanch par rakh dain dam pe.
Doosri taraf ek pan main step 4 wala oil daal kar garam karain. Aur kalonji daal ke karkara lain. Oopar se pyaz tamatar air sabz mirch chopped daal kar aadhe min karkara kar is mixture ka tarka chane main laga k flame off kar dain. Intihaiee mazedaar cheekar chola taiyar hai. Ap chahain toh paaye ya haddiyoun ki yakhni bhi masala bhoonne ke baad add kar sakte hain.
