Ingredients:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Boiled noodles 1 packet
Onions 2
Tomatoes 4
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil as required
For Curry:
Yogurt 250 gm
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Yogurt water 1/2 liter
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 4
Cumin 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
'Now add undercut, ginger garlic, tomatoes, red chili, salt, turmeric and 4 cup water and cover it.
When it tender, close stove and put lemon juice.
For curry: Put yogurt, yogurt water, turmeric, salt and cream in blender and blend it.
Now heat oil in other pan, put cumin and curry leaves, add blended yogurt and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Now take out boiled noodles in dish and put curry.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

Ingredients:
Penne pasta 2 cups
Onion chopped 1
Boneless chicken breasts 3
Paprika 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt, Ground black pepper as required
For Sauce:
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 2-3 cups
Mustard 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese 100 gm
Tomatoes 2
Method:
Cook paste with onion in boiling salted water until all done.
Drain, refresh in cold water and leave to drain again in coriander.
Marinate chicken strips with paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp oil quickly, fry chicken over high heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown and just cooked through, set aside.
To make sauce: Melt butter, add flour and whisk together to form a roux.
Cook for 1 minute, then gradually, add milk, whisking until sauce is smooth and thickened and allow to boil for 4 minutes.
Stir in mustard and half cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta and onion to sauce in pan and stir together.
Spoon half this mixture into greased pyrex dish, arrange chicken strips over top and spoon remaining paste and sauce on top of chicken.
Scatter over tomatoes and then top with remaining cheese.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes until piping hot and golden brown on top.

Chicken & Vagitable Pasta
Ingredients:
Chicken breast boneless stripes 4
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet corn 1 cup
Garlic crushed 3 cloves
Oil 1/4 cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicums 1/2 cup
Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
Boiled pasta 2 cups
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, chili garlic sauce, oregano, corn flour, sweet chili sauce and soya sauce.
Now heat oil, put garlic and marinated chicken and fry it.
Then heat butter and saute corn, tomatoes, onions, capsicum and carrots.
Then mix with fry chicken and pasta.
Then garnished with coriander leaves, sprinkle oregano leaves and serve.

Cheese Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
Pasta 2 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 600 ml
Salt as required
Black pepper as required
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Cheese 250 gm
Method:
Boil pasta in salted water with few drops of oil.
Drain when all done and set aside.
Melt butter and stir in flour.
Cook flour for 1 minute and then add milk in small amounts.
Whisking continuously, add mustard.
Make sauce is thick as you wish after all milk is added.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add most of cheese.
Stir pasta into sauce and pour into oven proof dish.
Put rest cheese on top and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 5 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
