Steamed Dum Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg-Chicken Boneless/مرغی
1/2 Cup-Onion Paste/پیاز
A Few-Onion Slices/پیاز کے چھلے
1 Tb Sp-Ginger Paste/ادرک
1 Tb Sp-Garlic Paste/لہسن
8 Piece-Green Chilli/سبز مرچ
1 Tb Sp-Red Chilli Powder/سرخ لال مرچ
1/2 Tea Sp-Turmeric Powder/ہلدی
1/2 Tea Sp-Coriander Powder /دھنیا
To Taste-Salt/نمک
1 Tea Sp-Fennel Powder/سونف
1 Cup- Yougurt/دہی
1 Cup- Cooking Oil
1 Piece Of Coal/کوئلہ دھواں دینے کو
(To Give BBQ Aroma)
Method To Cook
Place aside all the spring onion slices, green chili slices & oil
پیاز کے چھلوں، کٹی ہری مرچ اور پکانے کے تیل کو الگ رکھ دیں۔
Mix all the other ingredients in yogurt and apply themon chicken. Marinate it for 15 minutes.
تمام مصالہ جات کو دہی میں ملا کر مرغی پر لگا دیں۔اورپندرہ منٹ کے لیئے رکھ دیں۔
Heat up the oil and and fry the chicken just to give color. then turn down the flame to a very little heat and cover the cooking pan. leave as it is for about
minutes.
تیل گرم کرکے اس میں تمام مرغی کو تیز آنچ پر
ہلکی
گولڈن رنگت دینے کے لیئے تل لیں۔ پھر بہت
ہلکی آنچ پردم پر رکھ دیں بیس منت کے لیئے تاکہ مرغی گل جائے۔
Fry the chicken till it gets alost dry.Sprinkle the onion slices and green chili slices on chicken. fleas the coal and put it in the pan, pour a drop of oil on coal and quickly cover the pan. it will add BBQ Flavor to the dish. Serve with Salad and Bread. Or enjoy alone.
مرغی گلنے کے بعد بھون لیں۔ پھر اس میں پیاز اور ہری مرچ کے چھلے ڈال دیں۔ اوپر سے دہکا ہوا کوئلہ رکھ کر اس پر ایک قطرہ تیل ٹپکا کر جلدی سے ڈھکنا 5 منت کے لیئے بند کر دیں۔ دم چکن تیار ہے۔ نان، رائتہ اور سلاد کے ساتھ نوش فرمائیں۔
