Ingredients:

Potato (boiled hard) 500 grams
Black pepper 1 tea sp
salt as per taste
Zeera 1/2 tea sp
Dhania powder 1/2 tea sp



Method:
Tawa k oper oil ga laien, jaisa aap ko pasand ho, agr zayda oiy pasand haien to zayda dalien, nahi to km.

Phr oper tamam spices dal k hila laien, aur tawa k oper koi dhakn dy kr 3 sy 4 mins dam py lga daien.
