INGREDIENTS


6 to 8 Boiled Eggs
1 Onion large, chopped
½ cup Oil
2 Potatoes (peeled, cubed & boiled)
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic
4 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 ½ teaspoon Salt or leveled
1 teaspoon Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi)
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon Zeera (roasted & crushed)
½ teaspoon Turmeric (haldi)
1 bunch Coriander Leaves, chopped
6-8 Green Chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon Coriander crushed


DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Heat oil.
  • 2. Add chopped onion, fry till light golden.
  • 3. Add chopped tomatoes with ginger/garlic.
  • 4. Add dry seasoning (masala), salt, chili powder, garam masala, zeera, haldi, stir and cook all these masala.
  • 5. Add potatoes & boiled eggs.
  • 6. Lastly add kasoori meethi and chopped green chilies.
  • 7. Garnish with chopped coriander.
