INGREDIENTS


For Layer One
2 cups Powder Milk
cup Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence-
3 Eggs
2 Cups Water
For Layer Two
3 Eggs
cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
cup Oil
cup Water
2 Tablespoon Coco Powder
For Layer Three
Cup Sugar

DIRECTIONS


1. In a bowl mix all ingredients of Layer one and beat well
2. In Another bowl add eggs and sugar and beat well, add oil and water, flour and coco powder, beat well
3. In the circular baking dish add sugar and melt it on direct flame and let it cool to make caramel.
4. Add layer one mixture first then layer two mixture in the middle of it.
5. In an open dish add 4 cups water and place in the oven, put the baking dish over it and bake it at 350 degree centigrade for about 45 minutes or the skewer comes out Clean
6. When done, Cool it down and refrigerate
7. Serve Chilled.
