• Chicken stock 1 liter
  • Chicken meat 100 gm (boiled)
  • Salt & pepper as taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Carrot 1 (medium size)
  • Green pea 1/2 cup
  • Potato 1 medium size
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Capsicum small 1
  • Corn flour as required
  • Spring onion 1 for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Take chicken stock in a medium cooking pot, put on the fire to get hot.
  2. Add chicken powder, salt and pepper, finely chopped carrot, green pea, potato finely chopped, onion finely chopped, small capsicum finely chopped, let them cook till they are soft & tender.
  3. Make a paste of corn flour and add slowly in to the soup, while pouring keep stirring the soup, till the soup gets thick.
  4. Now add boiled chicken into the soup.
  5. Garnish soup with finely cut spring onion and serve.
