Marbel cake
Inggredients :
150 grams of Wheat Flour
150 grams of Margarine
3 eggs Chicken Eggs
5 egg yolks
150 grams of Sand Sugar
1 tablespoon Cake Emulsifier (Ovalet)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Chocolate Powder
1 tablespoon Chocolate Pasta
60 minutes

Combine flour and baking powder, put in a bowl.

Melt margarine over medium heat on the stove (You can also replace this stage by whisking margarine until softly using mixer)
While waiting for the margarine to cool down, beat the eggs, salt and sugar until fluffy (enter sugar slowly). After expanding, insert the ovalet and mix well. Set aside in separate places.
Add the flour flour to the egg mixture bit by bit while stirring using the stirring technique.
Once everything is mixed, add margarine and mix well.
Take some dough and add chocolate powder and chocolate paste (do this in a different bowl). Stir well.
Put white dough on a pan that has been spread with butter and flour evenly.

Put the chocolate dough at some point above the white dough, then stir the dough to form a motive.

Insert the pan into a preheated oven, with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes using the bottom fire. When it's 10 minutes left, replace the fire to fire up.
