INGREDIENTS:


• White dried whole Milk 1 kg
• Sugar 1 cup
• Milk powder 1 cup
• Coconut powder 1 cup
• Food color as required
• Oil as required
• Pistachio for garnish




How to make Coconut Burfi


METHOD:


1. Heat a pan and roast dried whole milk in it on low flame and then add milk powder and sugar.
2. Then add green food color and coconut powder.
3. When everything is completely mixed with each other, mixture is ready.
4. Grease a mould and pour whole mixture into it. Level it with the help of wet spoon and leave to cool and set.
5. When ready, garnish with pistachio and coconut powder.
6. Cut into diamonds or square with the help of knife.
7. Serve and enjoy.
