Ingredients:


Carrot (diced): 1 tbsp
Onion (diced): 1 tbsp
Maida Flour: 2 tbsp (heaped)
Oil: 4 tbsp
White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 cup



Method


Fry diced carrots and onions until they turn brown.
Then add maida flour, white pepper and salt and fry well.
Now add chicken stock and stir so that it spreads across the pan. Cook well.
Melt sugar in another pan until it turns into liquid form, add it to sauce mixture.
Cook until thick, then add some water and mix.
Brown Sauce is ready.
Use it with any kind of steaks.
