Namak aur kali mirch dal kai usay pressure laga lo. Jab woh achi trhn pak jai. Toh usay grinde kar lo. Bilkul gravy ban jai.
1 muthi chawal
1 muthi sabit mung dal
2 muthi gandum
Chawal aur sabit mung ko ekhta paka lain aur jab dono cheezain bohat achi trhn pak jain toh grinde kr lain.
Gandum ko b alheda sai boil karain. Achi trhn gal jai toh usay b grinde kar lain.
Ab sab mixers ko ekhta kr kai achi trhn paka lain aur according to ur taste namak aur kali mirch dalien.
Serving:
Beef kai kabab banai. 1 inch kai.
Desi ghee ka tarka lagain aur kabab fry kar kai dalain aur serve karain.
