Ingredients
- Minced Beef: 500 gm
- National Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
- National Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
- Oil
- National Chapli Kabab Masala: 1/2 packet
- Water:
- Coriander: 1/4 cup
- Green Onion: 1/2 cup
- Flour: 2 tbsp
- National Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Tomato Paste: 1 cup
- National Garlic Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tsp
- Tortilla/Chapatti
- Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup
Method
Add minced beef, National Ginger Paste, National Garlic Paste, 1/4 cup oil, National Chapli Kabab Masala in a pan and cook well.
Add coriander and green onion in it. Mix, cook and set it aside.
Add 1/4 cup oil, flour and National Red Chili Powder in a pan. Cook well.
Add tomato paste and 1 1/2 cup water. Mix well.
Add National Garlic Powder, salt and cumin seeds. Cook well.
Add the mixture on a tortilla/chapatti. Make a roll. Pour the paste on it.
Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes on 250 degree centigrade in an oven.
Serve hot.
