Ingredients




  • Wheat Dalya: 1/4 cup
  • Soaked Chana Daal: 1/2 cup
  • Jaw Dalya: 1/4 cup
  • Water: 4 cups
  • National Haleem Masala: 2 tbsp
  • Butter: 1 tbsp
  • Tortilla/Chapati
  • Cheddar Cheese: 2 tbsp
  • Boiled Chicken: 2 tbsp
  • National Chat Masala
  • Yogurt



Method


Add wheat dalya, channay ki daal, jaw dalya, water and National Haleem Masala in a pan. Cook them well.
Put butter in a pan. Put tortilla in a pan.
Add the prepared paste, cheddar cheese, boiled chicken, add more cheese and add another piece of tortilla on top of it.
Fry well.
Sprinkle National Chat Masala.
Serve with salad yogurt.
