Brown bread 4 slice
Low fat yogurt 1 kg
Cumin 1 tsp roasted grinded
Chili powder ½ tsp
Fresh Coriander 1 tbsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Ingredient for chutni:Khatai powder 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 3 tbsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
All spice powder ¼ tsp

Method


Whipped yogurt mix all spices and fresh coriander
Cuts sides for bread and arrange in a shallow dish pour the yogurt mixture on top to cover completely
Sprinkle with chili powder, roasted cumin powder, spread with prepared chutni, and garnish with coriander leaves. serve cold
