INGREDIENTS


Yellow Lentils flour125 gm
Yogurt250 gm
Soda bi carba pinch
Crushed red pepper1 tsp
Cumin seeds½ tsp
Chili powder½ tsp
Oil2 tbsp
Oilfor fry
Saltto taste


METHOD


In a bowl mix together 125 gm yellow lentils flour, salt, a little baking soda and 1 tsp crushed red pepper. Mix well, now add water as required to make thick consistency batter.
Fry pakora’s with the batter. Fry till crisp and brown.
Remove from oil and spread on a paper for a few minutes. Then soak in water.
N a bowl whip together 250 gm yogurt and a little salt. Now squeeze out extra water of the soaked pakora’s and add to the yogurt.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp chili powder and ½ tsp crushed red pepper. Fry for a while.
Pour on top of yogurt and serve.
