ROSH ingredients: ( for 4 serving )
1 kg Mutton ( bone wala )
1 piyaz ( normal kati hoi )
1 tamatr ( 4 tukro me kat len )
1 normal size Adrak ( lambi kati hoi)
2 lemo ( bech se kat k )
4 choti hari mirch
6,8 lehsan k jawey
1 tsp dhaniya, Kali mirch, Haldi, laal mirch, namak

For Dough:
Half cup Doodh
1tsp yeast
1cup maida
namak
Butter ( optional )
In tamam chezo ko mila k atta k trha gond k wrap krden r rosh pakne tk rkh den...

ROSH recipe:
Matti ki degchi men sarey ingredients tarteeb se rkhden, 1 se derh glass pani daal den r uppr steel ki plate rkhen, plate r degchi ko pani r atta k laiye se seal krden r halki anch pey 2 se 2:30 ghanty k liye pakne den.
Gosh jb achi trha se pak jaye to cholhy se utar k ehtiyat k sath plate alag kren.. aur salan ko ek bartan me nikal len.. ( yad rahy bartan sare matti k istemal hongay is recipe mn)
Ub gonda hoa atta ko .5 inch mota beil k bartan pey rkhden, upper egg wash lga k kalonji r till dalen, side se chipka den ta k steam bahr na jane paye..
Is k baad oven ko 5 mint pre heat kr k 8 se 10 mint k liye bake krlen.. atta k liyer k color paper brown hojai to bartan nikaal len, 3-4 min k baad scissor se layer kat len..
