Oats - 3/4 cup
Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
Melon seeds - 2 tablespoons
Raisins - 2 tablespoons
Almond (Coarse Powder) - 2 Tablespoons
Cinnamon powder - 2 pinches
Clarified butter - 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Lukewarm milk - 1/4 cup

How To Make Soft Oats Cookies

Grind the oats in the mixer.
Grind sugar in fine flour in the mixer.
Take a big bowl.
Put oats, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, dry fruits and brown sugar in the bowl.

Add Clarified butter and mix it.

Now add peanut butter and mix it.

Finally, add lukewarm milk and mix it.

Cover and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

shape them as you like. If it breaks, do not panic.

You should be able to make 22 to 24 cookies.

Apply a little oil in the baking tray and then put the parchment paper ( butter paper )and keep the cookies properly(providing enough space).

Now, bake it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cookies will be ready after 15 to 20 minutes.

You can also use ordinary sugar instead of brown sugar.
If you want, increase the quantity to 3/4 cup of sugar.
