Arvi , sabz mirch, Lemon juice and cooking oil ke ilaawa tamaam ingredients ko pressure cooker main daal ke gosht ko acha sa gala lain.
jab gosht gal jaye toh us main cooking oil daal ke gosht ko bohot ache tareeqe se bhoon lain..bhun jane ke baad arvi ko cheel kar saaf kar ke bare bare tukre..ya sabat arvi cheel kar dho kar gosht main daal kar do se teen minute bhoon lain. iske baad is main do cup pani daal dain.sath hi. har mirchan daal dain. aur pressure cooker ko dobara band kar dain 2 se 5 minute tak ke liye arvi ko galaane tak..uske baad choolha band kar ke..serve karne se pehle lemon juice add kar ke mix kar ke ache se serve karain..bohot taste arvi gosht taiyaar hai.
