Method:

1-Chote size ki Bhindi ko dho kar uske head kaat lain..aur one cup cooking oil garam kar ke us main bhindi aur green chilli deep fry kar lain. bhindi aur green chilli daal kar dhakan cover kar dain..kion ke heat ki waja se green chilli and bhindi chatkhaingi.toh garam oil aap ke face ya hath pe aane ka khadsha hai. bhindi ko 2 min tez aanch pe fry karne ke baad oil se alag kar lain aur ek plate main ek side pe rakh dain cover kar ke.

2-Beef main pyaz, ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, red chilli, haldi, dhanya daal dain..aur zaroroat ke hisaab se pani daal kar galne ke liye rakh dain..jab gosht aap ki marzi ke hisaab se gal jaye toh isko bhoon lain..jab pani khushk ho jaye toh is main cooking oil jis main bhindi fry ki thi wo bhi daal dain.aur phir thora bhoon lain..phir is main two cup shorba daal kar ubaal dain..aur is main bhindi aur tali hui green chilli daal kar dam pe 2 min paka lain..bhindi gal jaye toh garam garam serve karain..mazedaar bhindi gosht taiyaar hai..
