Ingredients


1 kg - Mutton
1 - large Onion
8 - Kashmiri chillies
1s tbsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin
4 pod - Garlic
1/2 piece - Ginger
1 - Cinnamon stick
3 - Cloves
Coriander leaves
salt to taste
Vinegar
Turmeric


How to Make Mutton Chilli Fry


Boil mutton in the pressure cooker with salt and turmeric.
In the mean while, soak the Kashmiri chillies in vinegar for 1 hour.
Then grind the Kashmiri chillies with coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.
Then fry onions, add the masala.
Fry till oil comes out of the masala.
Add the mutton and mix well.
Fry well till you see oil.
Finally add coriander leaves and serve.
