Mutton thigh 1
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt as required


Put black pepper, chaat masala, all spice powder, mustard paste, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya, chili sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, oil and salt in pan and mix it.
Now mark cut on mutton thigh, spread masala nicely and keep in fridge overnight.
Then put thigh in pot and keep on low flame for 1 hour.
When it tender nicely, roast it.
Pateela raan roast it nicely.
