Aaloo 1/2 Kilo cut into cubes
Onion Chopped 1 big
Tomato Chopped 2Big
Ginger Garlic Chopped or paste 2Tea sp
Qasoori sookhi maithi 2tea sp
Imli paste 1tb sp
Green chilli slices 2tb sp
Cooking Oil 1 Cup
Roasted crushed safaid zeera 1/2 tea sp
Roasted Crushed Sabat Dhannya 1/2 tea sp
Raai dana 1/4 tea sp
Kalonji A Pinch
Sonf A Pinch
Red chilli powder 1 and half tea sp
Haldi powder half tea sp
Salt to taste
Boiled Rice for serving as per required

Method

cooking pan main oil daal kar is main raai,kalonji,sonf,zeera aur dhanniya daal kar ek min karrkara lain phir is main chopped onion,tomato,and ginger garlic daal ke bohot ache se paka lain. Itna ke tamatar bhun aur gall jaye. Phir is main haldi mirch namak daal dain sath hi baingan kate hue aur aaloo daal ke dhakk ke galne dain. Baingan aur aaloo gall air bhunn jaye toh imlo paste daal dain. Bhoon ke oopar se hari mirch aur qasoori maithi daal kar dhak dain. Phir boiled rice ke sath serve karain.
