Shawarma.

For Chicken.
Chicken breast
Salt
Worcestershire sauce
Vinager
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Black pepper
Sriracha sauce
Chicken powder or chicken stock or chicken cube
Lemon juice
Oil
Dahi

Method:
Marinate the chicken in all the above items and then cook all of them on low heat then full heat and dry all the water jo chicken ne khud chorha hoga.

For Sour Cream:
Mayonise 1/2 cup.
Cream 1/2 cup.
Lemon juice 2tbsp.
lehsan paste 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/4tsp.

Method:
Sab cheezon ko achi tarah mix kar lein.

For Pitta Bread:
Maida 3 cups.
Yeast 1tbsp.
Sugar 1tsp.
Powder milk 1/4 cup
Salt 1tsp.
Oil 4tbsp.
Method:
Sab cheezon ko mila kar pani say naram dough bana lein or 1 hour k liye rest dein phir chotay chotay perhay bana lein or bail kar oven prof dish mein rakh kar pehlay say garam oven mein full temperature pay 5 say 7 min bake Karen ya frying pan mein paka lein. (Make sure k bailoo tau roti thori moti rakhu bht patla nahi bailna)

For Vegetables.
Onions, cucumber, carrots and capsicum choti choti kaat kr marinate in viniger and black pepper.

Finally:

Pitta bread pay pehlay sour cream lagayen phir chicken pieces rakhen end pay vegetables daal kar butter paper say seal kar dein ya.
