METHOD

IN PRESSURE COOKER ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH WATER TO TENDER THE INGREDIENTS. NORMALLY BEEF AND BEETROOT TAKE SAME TIMES TO TENDER. COOK THEM ALL IN PRESSURE COOKER TILL THEN BEEF AND BEET ROOT GETS TENDER. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND REMOVE COVER ADD COOKING OIL TO FRY ALL THE INGREDIENTS. BEAUTIFUL RED COLOR WILL COME OUT AFTER FRYING THE INGREDIENTS WITH OIL. BEET ROOT WITH BEEF IS READY. GARNISH WITH GREEN CHILIES AND SERVE HOT WITH ROTI/CHAPATI
