You need only 4 ingredients to make this
Butter
Flour
Milk
Parmesan cheese. If you don’t like parmesan, replace it with Gruyere, Romano, Asiago, Manchego, or more Mozzarella.
Heat up half cup butter add three table sp flour and fry for two or three minutes, place aside. one cup milk slowly and mix well till it gets fine paste, ad cheese and again cook for a minute and continue mixing till it gets fine paste. white sauce is ready
you can add half tea sp white pepper and one forth tea sp salt if required.
