Afghani Fateer Pyazi
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yeast
Water as required
2-3 Onion
1/2 cup melted Butter
1/4 cup Milk
Red chili flakes as required (Optional)
1 cup Coriander
-In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt and water. Then knead the dough for 5 minutes.
-Grease with oil and wrap it with a cling wrap and leave it for 20 minutes.
-In a bowl, add thinly sliced onion, salt and red chili flakes. Mix it well and set aside.
-Divide the dough into 4-6 equal parts. Take one part and roll it out as thin as you can. Apply melted butter and sprinkle onion over the dough.
-Roll it out into a dice. Wrap it with a cling and rest for 10 minutes.
-Roll it with light hands and prick it. Place in a baking tray.
-Apply milk wash.
-Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180C.
