3/4 or 1 cup or as per your requirment

Sab se pehle one kg boil water main mutton ya beef daal kar gosht ko halka sa ubaal de kar saaf kar lain. Phir saaf pani e dho lain. Iske baad gosht main tamaam masale daal kar aur galaane ke liye pani daal kar gosht ko galne ke liye choolhe par chor dain.

Jab gosht khoob ache se gall jaye toh is ka extra pani khushk kar ke is main cooking oil daalain aur gosht ko ache se bhoon lain.

Ab is bhooni hui handi main sabzi jo apne pehle se gala ke rakhi hui hsi daal lain aur halki aanch pe pakne ke liye dam pe rakh dain. Pandra bees min paka lain ke gosht ka masala aur sabzi yak jan ho jaye. Phir green chili aur sabz dhanya dal kar garnish kar lain.
