Ingredients:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Boiled noodles 1 packet
Onions 2
Tomatoes 4
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil as required
For Curry:
Yogurt 250 gm
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Yogurt water 1/2 liter
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 4
Cumin 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
'Now add undercut, ginger garlic, tomatoes, red chili, salt, turmeric and 4 cup water and cover it.
When it tender, close stove and put lemon juice.
For curry: Put yogurt, yogurt water, turmeric, salt and cream in blender and blend it.
Now heat oil in other pan, put cumin and curry leaves, add blended yogurt and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Now take out boiled noodles in dish and put curry.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
