Ingredients:
Chicken boneless breast 1
Penne kolson pasta 400 gm
Wasabi (herb)1 tsp
Carrot finely sliced 1 large
Pineapple finely cut cubes 1 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Green onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Cook pasta in boiled water for 8 minutes, strain it, toss in olive oil and keep it aside.
Now marinate chicken with olive oil, salt and black pepper and keep it aside.
Mix pineapple and carrot and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Now heat grill pan, grease with olive oil and grill chicken on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
Then mix mayonnaise, wasabi, paprika powder, hot chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, fresh cream and salt and add bbq sauce.
Mix pasta, cream mixture and vegetables nicely in serving bowl, top with chicken and serve.
