Filing Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
250 gram Boneless chicken
1 medium Tomato blended
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp White pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
1/4 cup Sweet corns
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Carrots
1/4 cup Onion
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
Pizza sauce as required
Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
4 cups all purpose flour, plus more for rolling
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
Warm water (as required)
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions for making Filling:
In a pan heat oil, add chicken and cook for a minute.
Add blended tomato and cook for a minute.
Add ketchup, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, salt, red chili powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl add cooked chicken, onion, carrots, sweet corns and capsicum. Mix everything well.
Make a cone of cardboard and wrap it with aluminum foil.
Wrap the dough around the cone and bake it at 180 degree for 12-15 minutes.
Cover the cone with pizza sauce from inside then add cheese at the bottom, then add filling, cheese, filling and top with some more cheese.
Add some sliced olive and sprinkle some oregano at the top.
Bake again at 180 degree until cheese melts.
Add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl and combine.
Add the water, 2 tbsp oil and mix properly.
Knead until the dough forms into a ball.
If dough is too dry add additional water knead again.
Add 2 tsp oil to grease the bowl and dough.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to let it double in size, about 1 hour.
Take the dough out on a lightly floured surface and gently knead to make a smooth and firm ball.
