Chawal zarde wale( ek ghanta bhigo ke) basmati rice (half hr bhigo kar) 1 tea sp namak 2 taiz patta aur Ingredient no 1 ke tamaam masale daal ke ubaal lain. Chawal main ek kani reh jaye toh flame off kar ke is main half tea sp kewra esence daal ke chaan lain aur pani zaaya kar ke chawal chalni main rakhe rehne dain.

Method
Pan main oil garam kar ke is main pyaz daal dain aur golden brown hone tak fry karain. Phir is main tamatar daal ke do min dam pe paka ke tamatar galne tak bhoon lain phir chicken ya pehle se boiled mutton ya beef daal ke tamatar ke sath hi ache se fry kar lain. Phir is main lehsan adrak ka paste aur ingredients no 2 ki tamaam cheezain daal dain. Sath hi shan bombay biryani masala ya phir ingredients no 3 je tamaam masale daal kar halki aanch par dam pe rakh ke bhoon lain. Chicken gal jaye masala ache se bhun jaye toh is main crushed ilaaichi green chili dhanya aur poudeena daal kar flame off kar dain. Aur kewra 1/2 tea sp daal k cover kar dain.
Doosre bare bartan main ek layer boiled rice ki daal kar oopar se gravy jo taiyar ki uski layer laga dain. Uske oopar boiled rice ki doosri layer laga kar kewra 1 tea sp sprinkle kar dain. Oopar se 1/2 tea sp zarde ka yellow color powder chirrak kar oopar oopar hi halke hath se rice main half mix kar dain. Ab dhakkan ko air tight band kar ke dheemi aanch par flame on kar ke choolhe pe rakh dain 15 se 20 min dum karain. Steam ban jaye aur dam ho jaye toh flame off kar dain. 10 min baad dhakan utar ke biryani ko halke hath se mix karain aur raite aur salad ke sath serve karain.
