Method:
Machli main namak aur maida mila ke tal lain. Golden hone pe nikal lain.
Oil garam kar ke is main raai dana aur pyaz daal ke golden karain phir lehsan adrak haldi mirchain, garam masala, aur cheeni daal ke bhoonain. Phir is main sirka aur corn flour pani main ghol ke mix karain. Thora namak bhi daalain 20 min paka ke isko thanda hone dain. Phir jar main daal ke is main fried fish daal ke teen din ke liye rakh dain. Fish achar taiyar hai.
