Method
Cooking oil garam kar ke us main pyaz tamatar aur hari mirch daalain 2 min cook kar ke ginger garlic paste daalain. Bhoon kar mashed potatoes daalain aur do min bhoonain. Iske baad step 2 wale sate ajjza daalain sath hi step 1 wale ajzaa daalain aur taiz flame pe bhoon lain. Achaar bhi daal dain aur Iske baad is main Nalli stock daalain aur thick gravy bana ke flame off kar lain.
