250*grams*Chicken Breast julienne cut*boneless chicken lambi choti strips mein kati hui1/2*tsp*Salt*marinate karne ke liye1*tsp*Chicken powder1/2*tsp*Safaid Mirch1*Egg2*tbsp*Corn Flour2*tbsp*Flour/Ata

INSTRUCTIONS

Sub se pehley marinate ke liye batai gai ajza ko achi tarha mix kar ke marinate kar len

Uski thori der bad isko deep fry kar lein, aur ek taraf rakh dein.

Phir ek pan men chilli oil/normal oil garam kar lein aur lehsan ko fry karke golden/brown kar lein.

Baki bataye gaye ajza bhi daal dein aur 2 se 3 minute tak fry karein.

Usky bad us mein fry hui chicken daal dein. aur achi tarah mix kar lein take chicken sauce mein mix hojaye.
