Maithi 1 Pack
Palak 1 Pack
Ginger Garlic Paste 2tb sp
Zeera 1 Tea Sp
Kutti Laal Mirch 2 Tea Sp
Greem Chilli 10 Normal Size
Salt 1 1/2 Tea sp

Ingredients Tarka
Lehsan bareek kata hua 2tb sp
Adram bareek 1tea sp
Laal gol mirch 10
Cooking oil/Ghee ya Desi ghee 1 Cup full

Saag maithi aur palak saaf kar ke bana ke kaat lain. Aur tamaam masaale daal kar pakne ke liye halki aanch par rakh dain. Behtar hai ke halki aanch par teen se char ghante pakayain. Khoob gal jaye toh blender main blend kar lain ya chamach se mash kar lain. Aur itna paka lain ke taamam pani khushk ho jaye. Aur bhunn jaye. Is main ek tea sp lehsan paste daal kar usko bhi bhoon lain.

Phir oil karrkara kar is main tarke wali saari cheezain daal kar tarrka laga lain. Mazedaar saag taiyar hai. Makai ki roti, aur makhan ke sath garam garam serve karain.
