Ingredients

Fish Fily 1 Kg
Maida 1½ Cup
Soya Sauce 2 Tea Spoon
Lemon Juice Half Cup
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper Half Tea Spoon
Egg 1
Yellow Food Colour 1 Pinch
Vineger (If Required) As Much Required If Lemon Juice Is Insufficient
Chinese Salt 2 Tea Spoon


Method Of Better

Add Soya Sauce, Lemon Juice, Salt, Chinese Salt, Black Pepper And Yellow Food Colour In Maida , Mix Them All Till Become A Fine Paste , Add Egg As Well. Better Or Paste Must Be Thick Like The Besan Paste For Aaloo Pakora Or Jalebi Paste.
Dip Fish Fily In Paste One By One, And Deep Fry Them.
