Ingredients Of Thai Fish Curry
1 Kg Fish (cubed)
1 Tbsp Thai green curry paste
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Onions, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Ginger/galangal, chopped
1 tsp Coconut milk
2 Tbsp Coriander, chopped
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Palm sugar
3-4 Basil leaves
To taste Salt & pepper
How to Make Thai Fish Curry
1.Marinate the fish cubes in half of the Thai green curry paste.
2.Add salt, pepper,lemon juice and set aside.
3.Heat some oil in a pan, add the onions, ginger, garlic and sweat for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.Add the rest of the green curry paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
5.Then add the coconut milk and the fish cubes. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the chopped coriander, lemon juice and palm sugar.
6.Garnish with basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
