Bhaggre Baingan & Besan Ki Roti

Ingredients
Baingan 1/2 kg
White zeera 1/2 tea sp
Sounf finally crushed 1/2 tea sp
Salt to taste
Amchoor Powder 1 tea sp
Red Chilli powder 1 tea sp
Haldi powder 1/2 tea sp
Lemon juice 1/2 tea sp
Oil 1 cup

Prepration
Frying pan main oil garam karain aur zeera karkara lain. Usmain kate hue baingan haldi namak aur surkh mirch daal kar ache se mix karain aur dam pe galne tak pakne dain. Das min main baingan dhak ke gall chuke hounge. Nahi gale toh halka pani daal kar mazeed paka lain. Bhoon kar sounf aur amchoor powder daalain mix kar ke lemon juice. Do min mix karain. Phir besan ki roti ke sath garam garam serve karain.

Besan Ki Roti

Besan 2 cup
Aata 1 cup
Finally choooed onion half cup
Green chilli chopped 2 tea sp
Zeera crushed 1 tea sp
Salt to taste.
Red chilli powder 1/2 tea sp
Oil 1/2 cup
Water to kneed the doug( aata goondhne ke liye

Tamaam cheezoun ko mix karain aur pani daal kar aate ki tarha goondh lain. Half hour settle hone ke liye chor dain. Phir patli rotiyaan paka ke ya toh ghee se fry karain. Ya roti pakane ke baad desi ghee ya makhan laga ke serve karain.
