Tamaam Masaala Ko Qeeme Main Daal Kar Achi Tarha Mix Kar Lain.Agar Tawaa Pe Fry Karne Houn Toh Seekh Par Is Ke Kabab Bana Bana Ke Aik Side Pe Rakhte Jayain.
Agar Koila Pe Banaane Houn Toh Seekhoun Pe Lagaate Jaayain . Khayaal Rahe Ke Seekhoun Par Oil Laga Hua Ho.
Tawaa Ko Khoob Ache Se Garam Kar Lain. Aur Us Par Oil Daal Dain 2 Table Spoon . Aur Seekh Kabaab Tawaa Pe Rakh Kar Achi Tarha Se Tez Aanch (Flame) Par Hi Paka Kar Tawaa Se Utaar Lain.
Agar Koila Par Hain. Toh Seekhoun Ko Aag Touch Naa Hone Dain.Sirf Heat Pe Pakaa Ke Oil Apply Kar Ke Golden Hone Tak Paka Lain.Aur Phir Seekhoun Se Utaar Kar Garam Garam Naan , Salad Aur Raaita Ke Sath Serve Karain.

Phir Aanch Tez Kar Ke Tamaatar Ko Bhoon Lain .Is Main Hari Mirch Aur Adrak Daal Kar Sath Hi Taiyaar Pakke Hue Seekh Kabab Daal Dain. Aur Tez Aanch Par Bhoon Lain .
