Fish Fire Fingure

Boneless fish fillet with fingure cut 1Kg
Egg 1
Rice Flour 2 tb sp
Corn flour 3 tb sp
Vinegar 4 tb sp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tea sp full
Crushed Red Chilli 2 tea sp
Crushed Cumin Seed 1 tea Sp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Power 1 tb sp
In a Bowl mix all the ingredients . Mix well with fork. Then add all the fish fillet and mix well. Leave them for 4 hrs for marrination.

Corn flackes for Coating.
Coat all the fish fillet one by one with corn flackes.

Cooking oil for deep fryinf. Heat up the oil on medium flame then turn the flame on low heat. Put one by one fillet for deep frying and turn both the sides after 5 min on medium flame. Then turn up the flame and fry these fillet tikl gets little crunchy and golden brown. Serve with Hot Sauce.

Hot Sauce Recipe

Hot Sauce
Tomato Ketchup 1/2 Cup
Green Sauce 1/4 th cup
Sweet and saur tamarind sauce 1tb sp
Mix well and serve with fish.
