Ingredients
Beef Qeema 1/2 Kg
Capsicum/Shimla Mirch 250 grms cut into cubes
Onions Cut Into cubes 2 Normal size
Green chilli slices of two big chili
Tomato chopped 150 grm
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tea Sp
Cooking Oil 1cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tea sp
Termeric powder 1/2 tea sp
Black Seed( Kalonji) 1/4 tea sp
Aniseed(Sounf) 1/4th tea sp


Method to cook
First of all add 2 tb sp oil in a pan and turn on the flame stir fry capsicum and onion cubes on high flame for two minutes. And set aside.

Put remaining oil in a pan and add black seed & aniseed and cook for a couple of minutes then add chopped tomatoes. Fry till tender then add beef mince and cook for another five minutes. After that add ginger garlic paste red chili turmeric powder salt and cover the pan. Slow down the flame to very low and cook it for five minutes when beef qeema leave oil and colour then add stir fryied capsicum and onions. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
Serve hot with chapaati and garnish with green chili and coriender leaves.

Namak. Haldi. Daal ke halki aanch pe paka lain. Iske baad is main fry shimla mirch aur pyaz daalain. Dhak kar dam par 5 min paka ke garam garam roti ke sath serve karain sabz mirch aur sabz dhannya se garnish karain.
