Having high blood pressure or cholestrol? Try this recipe

Grated/kaddoo kash Pumpkin/Louki 1cup
Sweet Yogurt 2cup
Garlic paste 1tea sp
Salt 1pinch (dont add if need to skip)
Red chili powder 1/2 tea sp
White cumin seed
Oil 1 tea sp
Termeric powder 1/2 tea sp

In a frying pan heat up one tea sp oil and add white cumin seed fry till brown add grated pumpkin chili salt garlic paste tarmeric powder and turn flame to very low cover the pan and leave to tender. Afyer 5 min uncover then pan and fry till all water extracts finish. Turn off flame. Let it cool. Then mix in yogurt and serve with brown bread or chapati.
