Tawa chicken & karahi

Tawa Chicken
For Merination
Boneless Chicken cubes
1/2 kg
Lemon juice/white viniger 2tb sp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tb sp
Red Chili powder 2Tea sp
White Cumin Crushed 1/2 tea sp
Salt couple of Pinch (dont add if you are on salt free diet)
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Margerine(Butter)2 tb sp
First of all in a bowl pour yogurt and beat to smooth then add all the spices and margerine and mix well. Add chicken then leave for marination for minimum 4 hours.

Karahi Ingredients
Tomato slices of 6 normal size tomatoes
Green chili slices
Cooking oil 4tb sp
Black pepper 1/2 tea sp

Heat Up the pan and grease with butter. Spread one by one boneless chicken cubes on pan or tawa, cook on high flame till gets golden from one side then turn the side and low down the flame cover the pan and cook chicken for 20 min to tender the chicken. Uncover the pan and fry chicken till gets dry. Enjoy with Yogurt chatni or prepare Tawa Karahi.

For karahi spreas tomato slices on chicken cubes add green chili then cover to cook on low heat. Cook for 10 minutes then uncover and fry till oil come out of chicken. Sprinkle a little chat masala if u need more spices and serve hot with chapati or bread.
