Recipie
Chicken one kg cut into 14 pieces
water 1 1/2 cups
Oil 3/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 4
Boil the above on high heat for 15 to 18 min till water dries n then fry the chicken pieces for 4 to 5 mins .
Take it out in a platter and add:
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
Zeera crushed 1 tsp
Corriander crushed 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
Mix everything well.
Now in the same oil add
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Fry till golden n take it out through strainer n putting it on top of chicken.
Now put all this chicken back into the wok with just 2 tbsp oil (left over) and again add:
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
Crushed zeera 1 tsp
Crushed corriander 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Green chillies 3 to 4
Put on dum for 5 mins n dish out n enjoy with naan/roti.
