Magar bohot se log bana toh lete hain..par ya toh masala acha nahi hota..ya masala fish par se utar jata hai..
aaiye is recipe se aap ka ye masla hal karte hain..

Lemon Juice 2 Table Spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tb Sp
Salt 1/2 T Sp
Corn Flour 2 Tb Sp
Red Chili Powder 2 T Sp
Kuti Lal Mirch 1 T Sp
Sabat Dhaniya & Safaid Zeera 2 T Sp each
Ajwaien 1/2 T Sp
Khataiee Powder 2 T Sp
Cooking Oil For Deep Fry
Garam Masala Powder For Sprinkling after fry


Machli Dhone Ka Tareeqa

Machli koi bhi ho. Badboo aur bisand ke sath khane main sawaad kharab karti hai..
iske liye zaroori hai ke.

Neem garam pani main aik kilo agar machli hai toh us main
2 tb sp namak.
2 tb sp Haldi powder
2 tb sp sirka daal kar machli ko bhigo dain sirf 5 min keliye

uske baad machli ko halke hath se mall kar issi pani main dho lain

phir dobara namak ka pani bana kar us main machli ko dobara dho lain..bisaand ziada ho toh dobara haldi bhi daal sakte hain.

uske baad saaf paani se machli dho kar iska pani khushk hone tak plastic ki tokri main chor dain. iske baad machli pakane ke liye taiyaar hai.

Method

Fish main namak, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste laga lain ache se.

phir aik dry bartan main baqi tamam masaale mix kar lain aur machli par laga dain..almost 2 hrs tak marinate hone dain..phir isko fry kar lain

Note

ye khas baat ap ko fish main bhi nahi bataye ga. ke machli ko aik bar deep fry karain tez aanch par.. taqreeban itni ke machli aap ko khasta nazar aane lage..phir machli ko oil main se nikaal kar kisi khushk jaga par do teen min ke liye rakhain.phir dobara se machli ko oil main daal kar dobara se darmiyaani flame par fry karain. . phir khushk jaga pe do min ke liye rakh kar.. dobara tez aanch par deep fry karain..

is tarha machli behtreen fry hogi.. masala bhi nahi jale ga..aur machli ke andar geela pan bhi nahi bache ga.
