Note :

Fish Gravy ke liye sab se behtren fish Rahoo hai. magar ap koi bhi man pasand fish paka sakte hain as gravy
Mera khayal nahi ke aap ko is se ziada behtreen machli salan kisi aur zaiqe main mile ga. Naan aur roti ya chawal ke sath khane ke liye behtreen.




Ingredients

Fish saaf ki hui 1 kg
yogurt/ dahi 1 cup
garam masala powder 1/2 tea sp
khataiee powder 1 tea sp
salt to taste
Maithi dana 1/2 tea sp
Onion slice / Pyaz 1 darmiyani
Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tea Sp Full
Red Chili Powder 1 & Half tea sp
Haldi powder half tea sp or a little more
Dhaniya powder one and half tea sp full
cooking oil 1 cup full
Imli Paste 1 tea sp































Method

Step-1

sab se pehle saaf ki hui machli par half cup dahi. garam masala powder aur khataiee powder laga ke aik taraf rakh dain.

Step-2

aik pan main cooking oil ko garam kar ke is main maithiee dana daal dain.aur brown hone tak karkaraa lain.. aach halki rakhain taake jalne ki bajaye methi dana tala jayae.
phir is main pyaz daal kar usko golden brown hone tak fry kar lain.

aadhi cup pani main haldi, dhanya, namak, mirch aur ginger garlic paste mix kar ke isko golden pyaz main daal dain. aur masale ko halki aanch par bohot acha bhoonalin.itna ke masale ka kacha pan khatam ho jaye. Roghan oopar aane par is main machli ke tukre daal dain.. tez aanch par dhankna daale baghair machli ko pakayain.magar dhayan rakhain ke masala ya machli jalne na paaye.

is doraan ap ne chamcha chalane ki bajaye pan ko hi is tarteeb se halke hath se hilana hai ke machli painde se jamne na paye.aur pakti rahe.. agar ap ne chamche se hilaya toh machli toot sakti hai.aap agar ehtiyaat se chamcha chala sakti hai toh phir ap chamach se machli hila sakti hain.

jab machli pani chor de..aur bhunn jaye.toh phir is main baqi half cup dahi acha phaint kar daal kar machli ko 5 min ke liye dam par rakh dain

mazedaar , baa ronaq, aur chat pati machi gravy taiyaar hai.
