Onion. 1 Normal size cut in slices.
Red chilli powder. 2 tea sp
Termaric Powder .Half tea sp
Qasoori ( Sookhi ) Maithi. One tea sp
Maithi daana. Half tea sp.
Tomato. One normal size cut in slices
Cooking oil. One cup.
Salt. To taste.
Method
First of all. Zabaan ko saaf karne k baad pressure cooker main daalain aur namak. Haldi. Mirch. Tamatar. Pyaz. Ginger garlic paste. Daal k. Half an hour cooking karne k liye paani daal dain. Aur cooker band kar k galne dain. Zaban gal jaye. Toh doosre pan main oil garam kar k is main maithi dana karrkara lain. Brown ho jane pe. Zabaan and gravy jo cooker main hai. Us main ye oil and methi daana daal k bohot ache se bhoon lain. Phir apni choice k hisaab se gravy bana lain pani daal ke aur paka ke sookhi maithi daal ke dhakkan and flame band kar dain. Too much tasty tounge masala is ready.
